RETURNS
We will gladly refund items that have not been worn, washed, or altered with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact hola@palomaolguin.com with your order # and provide a brief reason for your request. We will provide you with a return label that will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Merchandise that is marked “final sale" is not eligible for refund.
All returns are subject to inspection and we maintain the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet any of the above requirements. Please be mindful of makeup, tanning products, perfume, and deodorant stains when trying on garments as we will not accept any garments with these stains.
Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received an item with a defect please contact us immediately at hola@palomaolguin.com email us a brief description and a photo showing the defect/fault.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
EXCHANGES
We do not process exchanges at the moment, if you would like to order a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item(s) you desire.
